What do you think about People Who Worship and Praise God?
Okay, so the title of this post is the question I want you to answer. What are your thoughts on people who lift their hands? People who dance and sing at the top of their lungs? How about those who kneel before God and cry out to Him?
Imagine this scenario: You are at church and it is the beginning of the service, and people are lifting their hands in worship. What are your first thoughts when you see people do that??
There is a purpose to this post, I promise! But, first I would like to get some of your inputs. This is not meant to be a trick question, so please answer honestly!! Once I get some answers I will explain a personal revelation I received on this topic!
Also, if you could, I would appreciate it if you could share this, so I may get as many answers as possible!!
Please let me know what you think in the comments below❤

I think that it is good to be passionate about worship as long as it is genuine. I enjoy the people at my church who are so deeply moved by the service that they put up their hands. As long as they are not doing it to impress people around them and they are genuinely praising God with zeal then I think it can be a positive thing.
I agree with K Marie, but sadly some of the people at our church doesn’t raise their hands. But my family does and I can sometimes feel okward that sometimes we are the only one who raises our hands. But our people at church do sing aloud, so I am great full for that. I tatally love worshiping and singing to our God.
Thank you SO much for commenting! I appreciate it greatly! Check back when I have more comments and I will explain my personal breakthrough and revelation!
I agree completely with K Marie. Another thought I have to go with it, though, is what if you don’t raise your hands or show outward emotion because you’re scared of what others will think? I struggle with this since I’m shy. I know we all worship in our own ways, but I’m not sure NOT raising my hands (because I’m scared) is any better than doing it for attention.
Thank you SO much for replying!! So I wrote the following post yesterday, but I have not posted it yet…You will HAVE TO read it once I post it 🙂
It goes along perfectly with what you are saying….I am getting SO excited!!!

It’s funny how that happens! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve made a plan on what to write and then my pastor mentions it on Sunday.
